IS&T staff members sometimes encounter MIT web pages about Kerberos that have an external audience. This can lead to staff sending queries to public email lists with significant external membership, which is usually not intended. Recent staff turnover and loss of institutional knowledge seem to make this problem more severe. Relatedly, pages under web.mit.edu/kerberos/ should be revised so that someone internal to MIT knows where to look for internal MIT information.
Need to keep track of schedule of migration of KB from Confluence to ServiceNow and associated content freeze; currently TBD February.
